Coastal Uncorked Food, Wine and Spirits Festival Featuring Paula Deen is the Myrtle Beach, S.C. area’s premier food and wine festival.
The second annual festival, which is scheduled for May 8-15, will be highlighted by a cooking demonstration featuring Paula Deen on Saturday, May 14. The festival will also feature special guest appearance by the Lee Brothers; a restaurant week; a wine tasting trolley tour of Myrtle Beach; outdoor entertainment at Market Common and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade; the Coastal Uncorked Golf Tournament; and the Coastal Uncorked Food Challenge fundraiser. All funds raised during the festival will be used for future events and a portion will be donated to the Horry Georgetown Technical College Culinary School and the Clay Brittain Hospitality Program at Coastal Carolina University.

Featuring local restaurants offering special menus to complement the spirit of the festival.
MAY 12 | GOLF TOURNAMENT
This year’s Coastal Uncorked Golf Tournament will be held at championship courses and include local chefs and wine representatives at multiple holes.
MAY 13-14 | TASTING TROLLEYS
Tasting Trolleys will take guests around 10 premiere stops. Themed locations feature wine, beer and spirits tastings, cooking demonstrations and live music.
MAY 14 | PAULA DEEN COOKING DEMONSTRATION
The Paula Deen signature main event includes a meet & greet, VIP book signing and cooking demonstration at the Alabama Theatre.
MAY 15 I BRUNCH WITH THE LEE BROTHERS
Brunch at Croissants with the James Beard Award-winning cookbook authors Matt and Ted Lee, featuring dishes from their cookbooks.
MAY 15 | FOOD CHALLENGE AND FINALE
Coastal Uncorked Food Challenge & Finale Event, with celebrity judges, Matt and Ted Lee. This event highlights seven local chefs in a live “Iron-Chef”-style cooking competition.
