Welcome to the Grand Strand and your favorite “guide to what’s happening” for visitors and locals alike. Strand Magazine, now in its 22nd year of publication, will help you plan your stay with us and give you an insider’s view of our beautiful area.
You may notice a difference in this issue of Strand. We are very excited to bring you a more comprehensive and convenient guide to the best our area has to offer. Your favorite guide is now divided into sections, Attractions, Dining and Shopping, with lots of information packed into each. The Myrtle Beach area has something for everyone; nearly 2000 restaurants, shopping that includes high end boutiques, bargain outlets and everything in between, as well as exciting activities for the whole family. And, of course, the sand and surf along the Strand invite you to relax and drink in its beauty.
